For several years Jeneri IT has been collaborating with Blue Sprout Pty Ltd. Mark Tinsley and his team add valuable insight and tools to deliver CRM and Business Intelligence and day to day support to the Jeneri IT customer base.
More recently Blue Sprout has been providing more day to day support improving the depth and support and allowing time to develop a more forward planning responsive set of solutions to our customers.
Today we are announcing the next move in the progression towards being able to deliver a wide range of services.
A Strategic Expansion of MSP Services
In a strategic move to expand its Managed Service Provider (MSP) services, Blue Sprout has announced the joining of forces with Jeneri IT effective 1st September 2024. This expansion marks a significant milestone in both Jeneri’s and Blue Sprout's journey to enhance its service offerings and strengthen our business.
It is imperative to Mark (Blue Sprout) and I that our customers continue to receive the type of support that has been the hallmark of Jeneri IT for the past 28 years. It is also important to us that we expand beyond the day to day support processes to enable us to focus on important issues such as Cyber Security and Disaster Recovery.
Cyber Security goes well beyond the implementations of patch management and antivirus software. It goes to the heart of the organization's we serve to ensure practices and policies are in place to be able to meet the Essential Eight maturity model to help business be prepared to reduce the potential for a cyber security incident and help the business survive such an incident.
A well-planned Cyber Security policy can also reduce the cost of Cyber Security insurance.
Going forward Blue Sprout, with my assistance will manage the day to day IT support requirements and Jeneri IT will focus on promoting Cyber Security and Disaster Recovery needs of all Blue Sprout clients.
