Every year we look ahead and try to predict what will impact our lives and businesses. This year is no different. Some of the interesting developments in IT and Business are built around AI.

There is much to be gained by using AI systems like Chat GPT to help create documentation or simply investigate opportunities. A new Microsoft product called Copilot which will change the way we do business.

In the same breath though, AI can be used to create situations that may compromise your business.

This year Jeneri IT is focusing on improving our ability to protect your systems. This involves ensuring we use the best products that reduce your exposure to outside threats.

This includes Sentinel One antivirus, Datto Remote monitoring and patch management, Vonahi Penetration Testing and extensive internal training for our staff.

We are working together with Bluesprout to increase our support depth and our ability to provide a broader range of services.

We will also be rolling out a product for helping your staff to be aware of the dangers and how to avoid them.

The year ahead (with one extra day) has many opportunities to create growth and sustainability.
